We were chosen to design and manufacture the official watch of the Pisco Mistral brand, from CCU Chile. Beaver Mistral, entangled in oak, evokes the colors of the brand and the degrees of pisco in the minute markers. Learn more about the production of this corporate watch by clicking HERE.
We were commissioned to make a commemorative watch for the German company Steuler KCH. Castor Steuler, with the characteristic dome of the company in the upper left corner, also coinciding the style of the markers with the openings of the dome. We have the secure WebPay Plus system where you can pay online securely with Redcompradebit card, Visa credit or Master Card. We also have the online payment service Servipag where you can use your Falabella, Ripley or Cencosud multistore cards for cash or ininstallment payments.
We also have payment via direct bank transfer with the Khipu secure system.
If you do not have cards, you can use the SweetPaysystem, where you pay once you receive the product! This innovative service allows you to pay up to 14 days at any nearby Servipag branch in cash or with all means of payment. Just select the option and follow the instructions provided.
From all over the world you can pay with your PayPal account.
FREE home delivery for all Chile through Starken, Chilexpress and DHL (depending on the city), for the purchase of any watch. In the case of straps, free shipping only if they are included in the purchase of a watch.
The shipment is made the business day after the purchase and from that day takes 24 Hrs. to arrive at the address indicated in RM and between 48 and 72 Hrs. (skilled) in the rest of the country, with the exception of extreme zones (up to 10 business days).
We also have the option“Express Shipping”for regions, where Chilexpress is used and the shipment is made the business day after purchase and from that day takes 24 Hrs. to reach their destination.
Our logistics partner sends you an email with the tracking code within 24 hrs. (skilled) following your purchase. Please check the “Spam” folder in case it falls there.
Example:
– Monday: You buy your watch.
– Tuesday: The shipment comes out and you get the follow-up emails during the day.
– Wednesday: Shipping arrives in Metropolitan Region.
– Thursday: Arrives with shipment in regions (except XI and XII region).
Rest of the World: FREE shipping via national mail, shipping is made the business day following purchase and takes approximately 20 days to arrive at destination.
Yes. For this you must indicate at the shipping address the Chilexpress or Starken branch that best suits you.
In Valparaíso we are in “TIENDA HAIN” located in Concepción 194, Cerro Concepción, every day from 11:00 to 20:00 hrs.
All our watches have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Covers mechanical defects that the watch may present. This excludes any problems resulting from an accident or misuse of the item.
