FREE home delivery in Europe. Stock is managed within the European Union, so there are no additional customs costs. The delivery in Europe is through Dpd or GLS depending on the country, and it takes between 3/5 days.
InUSA and Canada, shipping is via DHL Worldwide Express from Europe. It has a fix cost of 10USD and is very efficient, arriving at its destination in 3 days.
The rest of the world the shipping is via DHL Worldwide Express from Europe and It has a fix cost of 19EUR, arriving at its destination in 3/5 days.
The shipment is made the next working day after the purchase and from that day it takes 3 -5 days to arrive at the address.
We send you an email with the tracking code within 24 hrs. (business days) following your purchase. Please check the “Spam” folder in case it gets there.
Example:
– Monday: You buy your watch.
– Tuesday: The shipment is dispatched and you will receive tracking emails during the day.
– Friday: Shipment arrives.
Our watches are manufactured with Japanese Miyota Citizen and Seiko movements.
Our watches use genuine cowhide leather straps. We also have NATO straps, that are made of fabrics.
All our watches come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase for the models: Caleuche, Viajero, Valle de la Luna, Horologium, Lastarria y Dual. The other models have 6 months. Covers mechanical defects that the watch may have. This excludes any problems resulting from accident or misuse of the item.
The Caleuche and Lastarria models have a resistance of 5 ATM. Viajero, Valle de la Luna, Horologium, Valparaíso and Santiago have a resistance of 3 ATM. Short-term bathing, diving from the shore. No immersion.
The rest of the models are not water resistant. You can wash your hands and splash drops on them, but you can’t get them wet.
